todays day of eating 🤩

today was a random day because I have been moving and limited on groceries + we had people over for dinner!

meal 1: cinnamon protein oats topped with frozen blueberries and sliced almonds

coffee order: cold brew with sweet cream, stevia, and blended!

meal 2: air fried chicken and green beans, paired with a side salad with Bolthouse yogurt dressing, and a steamed sweet potato with avocado and Greek yogurt

meal 3: lemon chicken thighs, grilled veggies, and roasted potatoes. paired with barbecue sauce

dessert: banana Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and chocolate!
