Active Rest + Reset Day 🫶🌸✨

Active rest days and Sundays have my 🩷

I love having the day to move my body at a slower and less “stress” as bodybuilding. I also love having the day to treat myself to things I love and get myself prepared for the next week!

A typical Sunday in my life. I wake up and get some movement in whether that’s a walk or restorative hot yoga followed by a new coffee shop. A lot of times I’ll order a black cold brew and add some protein drink into it as “creamer” after a workout 😋

I then will usually tan at the pool for a little bit followed by lunch/walking and then I dive into cleaning and meal prep for the week.

This helps me feel connected to myself as well as preparing myself for the week to come 🥰
