Two different yogurt bowl ideas to help you reach your protein goals!

I find prepping these and having them in the fridge for the week for a midday pick me up to be the perfect thing for a sweet ratio after lunch for a snack or it can be a lower calorie meal. Yogurt bowls are so versatile and you can make them any way and flavor you want!
Here’s how I make them in general ⬇️
- Choice of Greek yogurt: I use plain because it’s cheaper, higher in protein, and again, VERSATILE!!
- Choice of protein powder: I love using Ryse personally, but use what I have!
- Choice of nuts/nut butter: This is how I get some healthy fats onto my diet vs granola!
- SF syrups just add a little more flavor
