What I eat to maintain muscle, to grow muscle, and feed my body properly!!
This is a typical day of eating for me and majority of my days look about the same! I center all of my meals around whole ingredients and high protein sources! I will eat 4-6 times a day depending on where my protein is at and trying to each 1 gram of protein per body weight. Meaning I’m 120 lbs so my goal daily is at the least, 120 grams of protein. However, I typically eat around 145-160 grams a day!
I also focus on Whole Foods, I try to make sure every meal is packed with fruits and veggies to make sure I’m I taking fiber and getting micronutrients through real sources of food
