I am FIXATED on this snack! I promise it’s so yummy and satisfies any sweet tooth along with being macro-friendly and filling! I typically will have this as my mid-day snack when I’m on the go and have to meal prep! It’s perfect 😍
What I use:
Light & Fit Greek yogurt (I’ll swap out different flavors)
Protein Powder (I have swap from chocolate, banana, or apple cider flavors)
PB Fit: I make this nice thick and creamy to add on top!
Sliced Almonds, adds a great crunch!
Blueberries for more antioxidants in my day!
Macros: 330 calories, 28 grams of carbs, 10 grams of fat, 35 grams of protein
I promise this Greek yogurt bowl will not fail you! Maybe even add pumpkin seeds or honey if you like! This would also make for a great pre or post workout meal! 🏋🏻♀️
