Happiness starts with you

Hey y’all! I received so many like from the last post so here’s tip #2 on how to better yourself and find happiness within yourself.

2. Get dressed daily!

I know this may sound like a lot for some but most days when I’m in a slump, and I feel like I just can’t get shake it. I get up open the blinds and GET DRESSED! I intentionally do this to start my day. This goes a LONG way even if I’m not going anywhere getting your body moving will be the start of my happiness for that day. Because if we’re all honest when you look better you feel better! ❤️
