New Challenge Alert

Ya'll, it has been at least 2 weeks since I have posted, so much has been going on to where I have not been able to keep up with posting and the last challenge. I was in the midst of getting my kitchen remodeled, so healthy eating, and my normal workout routine was put on pause. But know that everything is back in order. I have a new 7-day challenge that will start today. For the next 7 days, I will be clean eating and working out for at least 45 min a day. Like always, I will post some pictures and compare them at the end. I will also post what I am eating so that you can see my meals. I want to encourage anybody who wants to get their health in order to join this 7-day challenge.
