Here’s how I make my Strawberry Protein Yogurt Bark🍓

Ingredients:👇🏼
- 4 cups lowfat strawberry greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (I use nutrilite)
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans
instructions:👇🏼
In a medium bowl, combine the greek yogurt and protein powder. Mix until protein powder is blended well.
Pour mixture onto a nonstick sheet pan (you can place parchment paper down first if you don’t have a nonstick pan). Spread mixture to about 1/3 inch thickness. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top.
Freeze for 4 hours.
Once completely frozen, remove from freezer and break bark into pieces and add to ziplock bag or container and stick back in the freezer to store.
This recipe creates 6 servings.
Optional: You can also add chopped strawberries or other berries as toppings.

I think it's great for a high protein healthy snack and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without indulging.
It's definitely filling and the protein gives it a mild earthy aftertaste but overall not bad.
