The Best Bikini Brands I’ve Ever Tried

You guys know that I love going to the beach! Since the Philippines has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, I always find myself travelling to one of our gorgeous islands whenever I get the chance. Whether that’s to go free diving or simply taking a dip to rest and relax, there’s nothing like a quick trip to the beach to clear my mind and feel refreshed.

So any beach lover would know that it a bikini is a MUST when traveling to these picturesque destinations. But not all swimsuits are the same—especially when it comes to the fit. That’s why I make sure to pack the right suits that are comfortable, stylish, and sexy (but classy!) I do love to show some skin, but would never want to sacrifice how I feel when wearing my bikini. It’s an instant no for me when a bikini top or bottom doesn’t provide ample support or coverage. ‘Cause at the end of the day, you shouldn’t be scared of flashing people or showing unnecessary skin when you’re having fun in the water.

So after buying, trying, and actually wearing a LOT of bikinis at the beach, I’ve ended up with the top 5 brands I keep going back to for swimwear I can trust! Not only are their designs always so cute, but are also made very well!

The mere use of that fabric helps lessen the waste from the Earth’s landfills and it feels good to support a company that allows you to give back (in a way) while looking stylish in the process! I love swimsuits with interesting details! Gigi C is my go-to brand for bikinis, maillots, and even activewear that features interesting cutouts all over the design. It’s a cool way to show off skin without looking to sexy, IMHO!

4. Eighth Mermaid

You’re missing out if you haven’t tried an Eighth Mermaid bikini! They’re so comfy, stylish and affordable that it’s easy to buy more than one pair whenever they release a new design! I love the sizing and the fit that this piece is actually my go-to bikini whenever I travel to the beach!
