When we were planning our trip wedding in 2020, so much was up in the air. We didn’t want to spend $5k + on a wedding venue that could potentially only host 30 people.

We decided to have a ceremony with only 30 people on the middle of the PNW mountains and it was the best decision we could have made. We rented cabins for our bridal party, documented us getting ready, and my my mother-in-law was generous enough to make charcuterie boxes as our wedding food.

We took the money we saved on a venue and created a weekend with our closest friends.
