quick back story! i used to dye my hair ALL the time and NEVER take care of it. I bought whatever shampoo smelled good and never cared about ingredients or what it was actually doing for my hair. I didn’t use heat protectant or leave in conditioners or do oil treatments and it just ended up brassy, dry, brittle, damaged and thin EVERY SINGLE TIME.
