Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! I usually wake up and have a light breakfast before I go to the gym. Pictures is my avo English muffin from the other day!

Hydration is so so important, especially in this heat. I make sure to have a good water cup on hand. I have a Stanley dupe from Hobby Lobby

My fav energy drinks are Alani Nu or the zero sugar Amber Redbull. It helps to get out of the 2am slump

My hands get really dry at work from washing and sanitizing and wearing gloves in general. Burt’s Bees hand cream is my current fav!

Hand sanitizer is a great bridge until you can get to a sink to wash your hands

Plushies!! At my agency nearly everyone has a plushy that they bring with them as the truck mascot. Mine is the blue platypus; his name is Douglas!

I keep perfume in my bag because we get sweaty and go into sometimes nasty environments. Sometimes the truck gets a little musty too. In the interest of not forcing my patients to smell musty stuff all day, I am RELIGIOUS with perfume application. My current use is the Unisex Mercedes Black Club.
