Life with Hashimotos!

Here are some of my non negotiables living with an autoimmune disease! I’m not a professional so don’t read too deep into this but also I have sought help from drs and professionals to learn what helps me feel my best! A lot of these practices can apply to anyone not just people with autoimmune! And truth is we just live in a sick world and more and more people will develop these diseases if we don’t take control of our health! It’s the most important thing! 🫶🏽 I could talk about this for days and honestly it’s a bit frustrating listening to people online talk about health and wellness stuff for me because it is so glamorized and let me tell you this is not easy stuff! But little by little it gets easier and it’s a lifelong journey! I’d love to hear about your health journey insights!
