La Paz Waterfall Gardens in Costa Rica 🇨🇷

🇨🇷 One of the most memorable experiences I’ve had was located in Costa Rica, and I was NOT expecting it. “La Paz Waterfall Gardens” is only an hour away from San Jose, and you can find tours that include entry online. I had the pleasure of meeting such a wonderful guide, and upon arrival we are treated to a buffet located inside the on-site lodge. You can even book a stay in one of their beautiful rooms! The views are stunning. 🥰

🥪After stuffing myself, we headed on in. This sanctuary first opened in 2000 and is filled with more than 100 species of animals. A butterfly 🦋 observatory, snake 🐍 exhibit, sloths 🦥 , pumas, monkeys 🙈 and sooo much more other exhibits and habitats. At the end, there’s also five waterfalls, yes FIVE! It’s truly a wonderful experience, and even if you don’t go the tour guide route, tickets are $50 for adults, $34 for children. Lunch would be another $14/adult and $8/child. 👏
