#repost I’ve overcome the worst of this cold this weekend but this cough is still there. This video came up on my YouTube feed and I decided to try it a few times a day.

I will say my cough doesn’t come as forceful as it was Friday. I don’t think it will completely stop my cough on its own but its a good method to support in healing your respiratory system.
