A Day of Eats @ 40 weeks pregnant

Due date has come and gone. 🗓️

I’m trying to stay optimistic and still doing all the things to keep baby healthy, and moving.

We had a big breakfast which included four eggs, sausage patties from Trader Joe’s, which are super great by the way, and some greens with a lemon vinaigrette that I made.

Of course, I had to have something sweet, so heated up these mini waffles and the toaster with some strawberries

for lunch, my mom brought over her favorite. She literally visits chicken salad chick like every other week lol. It was delicious. 🥐

Got my dates in, this time I stuffed them with goat cheese and meant to wrap them with bacon, but they were good as is.

For dinner, I made shepherds pie the previous day so it was an easy heat up and clean up! 🥧

For dessert, I had these mini date chocolate bars. The ingredients are so good and pretty tasty. 🍫
