- Keep your hair in protected styles (braids are the best)

- Keep your scalp oiled ( I oiled once a week)

- Invest in a good women’s daily multivitamin

- Drink lots of water

-Limit your heat usage

- Eat a good healthy diet

-Reduce your Stress Levels (my scalp literally gets sore if I’m stressed)

- Wash your hair twice a month (shampoo strips away the oils that’re body naturally produces)

- Invest in a silk pillowcase

- Avoid super tight styles, they cause breakage

- Massage your scalp when you’re washing your hair
