Forgiveness doesn't magically transform the person who hurt you. It's not like forgiving them suddenly makes them apologize, change their ways, or become a better human. Nope! Forgiveness changes YOU. It sets YOU free from the toxic emotions and negative energy tied to that hurt. And let's bust the "forgive and forget" myth - you don't just forget the pain or the person. But every time those memories resurface, you get to choose forgiveness again. It's not a one-time deal; forgiveness is a daily practice, a sacrifice that sets you free. If you don't choose to forgive, you're stuck in a prison of bitterness, missing out on the blessings God has for you. So, forgiveness isn't just about them; it's about you, your peace, and your freedom. AMEN!!!
