Potstickers kind of night 🥢🌱

My first time trying pot stickers was this year. I love them and so does my son ❤️

I like to pair mine with vegetables or some of the veggie fried rice from Trader Joe’s.

• I put just enough oil to cover bottom of pan

• Adding pot stickers. Cooking 3-4 mins on each side.

• Once flipped to the other side I drizzle a little of soy sauce and place lid on for remaining 4 mins (makes them crispy)

For the dipping sauce

• I added equal parts of sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce (No measurements, I’m a eye ball type of girlie lol )

• Adding about half of teaspoon of garlic, red pepper flakes , everything bagel seasoning & small drop of honey✨
