Pearly whites with ONE product🦷😁

I use this bad boy every time I brush my teeth, and this product alone does wonders!! Always stay consistent with this one, its worth it😁

How to use:

-Swish a good amount of the solution in your mouth BEFORE you brush your teeth.

-Swish starting with 1minute… add a minute to your swishing time, the NEXT time you use it. The more time you add doing this, the faster and BETTER your results will be! (Rn I can swish for 15-20mins😮‍💨)

< a good way to accomplish that amount of minutes is to swish the solution WHILE you shower, and spit when you get out… kill two birds with one stone;) >

Taste of product:

Honestly it doesn’t taste good or bad… but the more you do it, u start to not mind the taste or notice it at all rlly.

It just tastes like thick coconut oil I suppose😅
