How do you SelfCare?

Ladies and gentlemen I give you SelfCare Wednesday.

Every Wednesday like clockwork I take the evening to myself. No matter what’s going on in my world, I block off Wednesday for myself to catch up and check in with myself. It could be making my favorite meal, running a bubble bath, doing a face mask or just reading my current read in silence, I simply make the effort to take care of myself.
