Non-Toxic Kitchen Essentials to improve wellness

Some of my favorite non toxic options for the kitchen.

👉🏼 Wooden cutting board and cooking utensils

👉🏼 Water filter! Other brands like Clearly Filtered are great. If you haven’t invested in a good water filter yet I HIGHLY recommend! It will end up saving you money 💵 from buying a bunch of plastic water bottles.

👉🏼 Puracy dishwasher pods and Biokleen dish detergent

👉🏼 stainless steel pots and pans. There are some other good nontoxic cookware options like xtrema

👉🏼 Glass > plastic. This applies to Tupperware, cups, etc!
