How sobriety changed my body

🤍 My Story: I grew up in NYC and starting experimenting with alcohol at a young age

🤍 How I Felt: When I went to college, I stared using substances to connect with others faster. I felt like I could only be myself on them.

🤍 My Takeaways: Now after 11 months of sobriety, I can see that I am 100% capable of being my full self without any help. I also can see the way that my body is so much happier and healthier without 🥂and🍃
