Healthy McGriddle

I loveee McGriddles, but I’m also trying to fuel my body in healthier ways! Here’s how I make healthy McGriddles at home to have the best of both worlds!

Ingredients 👇

- Kodiak protein pancake mix

- maple syrup

- eggs

- cheese

- bacon or sausage (your choice)

Instructions 👇

1. Follow box instructions on Kodiak protein pancake mix & make small pancake

2. While the batters on the stove, pour a little bit of maple syrup into it

3. Cook your egg in your favorite style

4. Add egg to the top of a pancake

5. Add cheese

6. Cook protein of choice

7. Put altogether on stove with the lid on, or make into a sandwich and cover with foil in order to get the cheese to melt!
