Consistency is key. Over the past two weeks, I've committed to a new routine:
1. Daily gym sessions, focusing on total body workouts for an hour each day.
2. Cutting back on food intake, particularly avoiding noodles and limiting rice to palm-sized portions during the weekdays, with a bit of indulgence on weekends.
3. Incorporating two 24-hour fasts per week.
4. Prioritizing hydration and sleep.
5. Maintaining a positive mindset, despite the inevitable challenges.
While there were tough days when doubts crept in, seeing tangible improvements in the mirror kept me motivated. Remember, hitting the gym is just the beginning; maintaining discipline with diet is equally crucial. It's amazing how quickly positive changes can manifest when we prioritize our health and well-being.
P.S. It's surprising how quickly my body transformed, but I'm focused on staying healthy, looking good, and feeling even better!
