Straight to the point, is the affordable price (unless you can afford RM1mil property). 🤑

Usually in KL (somewhere around Bukit Jalil, Cheras, Ampang, PJ), around 6xxK you can get for a condo which 1000+sqft with 3room, 2bathroom. Furthermore, most of the condo project is very near to public transport. If your work place is near to station of public transport, congratulation! You can definitely save up fuel cost for your car 😏
