Does anyone know how to adult???

Is it just me or does it seem like some people have a handbook on being an adult?

I’m so overwhelmed with life. Costs are so high: rent, utilities, food, internet, insurance, copays, car damage- I’m exhausted. Coupled with making friends, dealing with grief and being 1000 miles away from my family.

On top of that I feel like all I do on the weekends is try to rest. I have friends but I’m so unmotivated to see them. I’ve also realized I don’t like going out anymore. But I also want to meet someone to spend my life with.

Idk I guess I’m jealous of all the people who have it together bc I don’t.

Just me ranting but I have a great degree and a job I love and I just thought I’d be happy by now. But I still feel like everyday is groundhogs day.

Sorry for the rant I just want to know if this is just me. Or do we all not know what we’re doing???
