I didn’t realize how much I missed gyoza until the gyoza was ready on the dinning table😜
The key to awesome gyoza is the crispness on the outside and the juiciness in the inside! Take note of this🙌 How? Add enough oil to fry the gyoza and select premium minced meet of your choice!
Ingredients:
- Vegetables of your choice: chives(I used them this time), green onion, cabbage or anything you prefer!
- Minced meet of your choice: beef(I used it in this batch), pork, or chicken
-Sesame oil
- Salt and pepper
- Gyoza/Dumpling wrap (Available in 99 Ranch or other Asian markets!)
Instructions 🪜:
1. Mix the seasoned minced meet and vegetables together.
2. Place a scoop of the gyoza fillings in the center of the wrap and carefully wrap it together.
3. (Optional) If you want to make a giant gyoza like I did, put at least three wraps together and roll it evenly🤣
4. Make sure the pan is hot enough with ample oil before putting the gyoza in for frying.
5. Fry both sides of the gyoza until the color turned golden🤩
6. Enjoy your gyoza with soy sauce or white pepper!
Tips🫶:
Boiled gyoza or steamed gyoza also tastes extremely delicious as well!
