Recommended lotion for 🤚🏻Eczema/ Dry Skin🤚🏻

Today let me share how I control and manage my eczema.

Eczema is a skin condition where it will cause your skin to be excessively dry, red and itchy. It is a chronic condition where it tends to flare periodically. There are different kind of triggers of eczema and it varies between individuals. As for me, my triggers are strong ingredients like garlic, onion, ginger etc.😅 it really give me a hard time to cook.

So, in order to prevent flare, you need to avoid your triggers and you need to provide adequate moisture to your skin.

I ve tried different kind of lotion to moisturise my skin but my favourite is Palmer’s Cocoa Butter lotion. This lotion really give the moisture that I need for my skin and it soothes my skin during my eczema attack.

It contain vitamin E which is an antioxidant and contain anti-inflammatory properties. Vitamin E can promote cell regeneration thus help repair damage skin.

It also contain pure cocoa butte which give deep hydration to the skin.

I really love how this products provide me a 24 hour moisture and I love how fast absorbing it is to my skin.

I highly recommend this product if you suffer from eczema and dry skin.

But remember to avoid your triggers to prevent flare up.
