San Remo NOW has a Quick Cook Pasta that only requires 3-min to cook. ⏰😱😱😱
There are 2 Variants
(1) Quick Cook Spaghetti, 500g
(2) Quick Cook Macaroni, 500g
and both are Halal-certified, vegan and non-GMOz
I like my pasta slightly softer, so I cooked for around 4.5 minutes and it’s really al dente !! Part of my #AdultingWoes is that I’m always pressed for time and this is really a time-saver.
HERE GOES MY RECIPE 👩🏻🍳
(1) In a pot of boiling water, add in a tablespoon of oil + salt then your desired amount of pasta
(Remember to stir midway so the pasta don’t stick together. And it’s always good to cook more pasta then not having enough 😋)
after 3 mins, take out one strand of pasta to try. If it’s ready, drain your pasta and do an ice bath for the noodles.
📣Remember to keep one bowl of your pasta water.
(2) 🦐my choice of protein: prawns (you can buy those de-shelled ones to save time).
- marinate these prawns with salt and pepper (for minimum 10-min)
- meanwhile, prep your other ingredients, I am using mushroom, tomatoes, garlic and onion (just chop all of them)
(3) oil the pan. stir-fry garlic and onion. Put in tomatoes then mushroom and lastly the prawns. Add in your pasta water.
(optional but highly recommended) pour white wine and let it simmer
🦐🍝 & your delicious seafood pasta is ready.
The white wine really elevates the entire dish so I highly recommend you try! 💯% good
