Part 1: i got bullied & FULLY DENIED of salary (part 1 story here)

part 2: response from the HOD of the lab department that i work for at that time. I was accused of having bad work attitude but thats just a simple way out for Miss M not pay me. why would i mess up an internship that bore such huge weightage to my GPA? thats the last thing i'll ever do.

honestly at that point of time, I knew i just have to stand up for myself against the head of department, my ex-supervisors and a bunch of coordinations involved in this discussion. even if it meant me going against the whole world, im ALL in for it.

never in my life have i experience such injustice. in retaliation, I provided evidences of me working hard at the lab, possessing pleasant and diligent attitude. as much as im just a helpless student wanting to graduate and not cause trouble, i simply cant help but to stand up for myself. if i dont, then who will.. i cant be bothered with the repurcussions for standing up for myself. the feeling of injustice harboured simply overpowered and consumed any existing fear lying inside of me.

dumb of me not to insist on having a contract. i just didn't wanna come off as too rigid with all the terms and conditions... never am i going to work for anyone in the future w/o a contract
