morning drink: water, aloe juice, @goultima electrolytes
supplements: pepzin gi, omega 3, ubiquinol, ginger root, d3+k2, citrus bergamot, l-glutamine
meal 1: egg whites + rolled oats with peanut butter & blueberries
drink: cocoa roobios tea @alfred
meal 2: (most) rice, chicken, green beans, asparagus, mushrooms, avocado
meal 3: (mid) rice, top sirloin, green beans, asparagus, mushrooms
meal 4: (least) rice, chicken, green beans, asparagus, mushrooms
meal 4: flavored @quaker rice cakes (caramel + apple cinnamon + chocolate), @nakednutrition pb powder, @ritual protein powder, & almonds
all my meals are topped with pink himalayan sea salt for electrolyte balance ! but i also drink soooo much water throughout the day and add in LOTS of @goultima electrolytes 💦🍋🍓
throughout this journey, i’ve decided to not share measurements because my bioINDIVIDUAL needs will not be the same as yours !!! if you’re interested in changing your diet or starting some sort of meal plan, i reccomend talking to a license dietician or finding a coach you trust to provide you with nutritional guidance and/or plans !
