spaghetti squash has become one of my favorite meals ever & aside from cutting it open… is one of the easiest meals to make !!
what you need:
- spaghetti squash
- olive oil
- roasted garlic sauce
- green beans
- lentils
- chives
- nutritional yeast
1. cut open spaghetti squash (if anyone has any tips for how to do that easily pleeeeease send over !!!)
2. scoop out seeds & drizzle with olive oil
3. air fry at 350F for about 22-25 minutes
4. cook your protein (i switch this up between any time of bean or tofu)
5. cook your green (i also like to mix this up !! love using broccoli too)
6. once squash is cooked, take fork and stark scraping at it. it will naturally break up into spaghetti like strands
7. add in your sauce, lentils, and green beans
8. cut up some chives & top with nutritional yeast !
