this workout is so quick and effective !! do each exercises for 30 seconds and 3 full rounds of all !
1. downward dog to worlds greatest stretch
2. squat to press (im using 10lbs)
3. shiva squat (THESE BURNNNNNNN)
4. plank with alternating arm reach
5. plank with alternating leg raise
6. mountain climbers
and stretch 🧘🏼♀️
each round is about 3 minutes (if you keep your rest in between moves low) — making this whole workout take about 12-15 minutes ! you always will have 15 minutes to get movement in !! PRIORITIZE YOU ✨
