- go on a walk — even if you’re not working out, getting your blood flowing for even 5 minutes makes a HUGE difference in your day !
- read a book — dedicate your daily “gym” time to read or learn something 📖
- restock on groceries — this is my fav sunday/ rest day activity !! always nice to make sure i have enough food for my training days 🥕
- meditate — take a break !!! let your body relax 🧘🏼♀️
- meal prep — there’s nothing better than having all your food ready post workout ! utilize your time off to prepare for the days you need it 💪🏼
- laundry — get your gym clothes ready for the week !! 🧺
- rest — REST REST REST ! it’s your rest day !!!!! give your body a break 😴
- FUELLLLLL — such a common misconception that your body only is “rewarded” for movement… ITS NOT ! your body still needs all the nutrients you’re feeding it throughout the week 😋
