hi hi precious people,
after months, i nak start balik this journey. it will be tiring but it’s okay, im happy to restart it.
1. changing my breakfast to a drink called “meal replacement”
- i beli brand 21st century, flavor chocolate. serious korang, sedap sangat. boleh hilangkan craving nak minum manis tau and of course, kenyang sampai ke petang. it comes with 2 types of supplements, murah je i beli dekat shopee
2. spending my time to exercise at least 30-45 minutes
- i memang kalau diet, i akan follow video ni. i takde buat exercise lain. youtube : walk. also, i do other workout such as sit-up. biasanya i buat 100x per day
3. choosing a goood food
- i memang tak selera nk makan nasi, i dont know why😭 so i changed it to chicken wraps. sedap giler. the calories are only 400kcal, okay la kan?😅
4. my types of diet
- i buat OMAD, IF (7am - 7pm puasa, 7pm - 7am eat), and Calorie Deficits.
