BREAKFAST IDEAS AS A SOCCER PLAYER ⚽️

#lemon8diarychallenge I thought I'd share what I eat since I play soccer and that does effect my mindset when choosing snack or breakfast items. I've done a couple of things just because I'm in sports such as quitting soda and laying off the chips .I think all the food I have displayed are still delicious while there healthy .plus I figured these ideas would be cool even though I thought they were pretty basic. I always struggle to pic things to eat but my meals have become more balanced as I research and look for other options. you guys should tell me yalls go to breakfast even if you are not an athlete but especially if you are .🤗❤️
