2 of the most underrated postpartum items!

I’ve recently had my 3rd and final baby dude wipes or any “flushable” wipes and period panties have been a game changer. My favorite are the herbal or medicated (witch hazel) dude wipes and pink or victoria secret period panties. Dude wipes since day one with the peri bottle help ease the pain and help with the wiping process when you’re bleeding. I like period panties when you’ve stopped bleeding as much or when you’re in the bleed sometimes stage of postpartum. I also like the period panties for even just at night all postpartum. I’ve tried some genetic period panties from target and the thinx brand so far the pink and Victoria secrete boy shorts are my favorite. They’re the most comfortable in my opinion and the “pad” is high enough in front and back.
