Roasted Chicken Breast and Veggies
Ingredients
Chicken Breast (2 diced)
Russet Potatoes (2 diced)
Sweet Potatoes (2 diced)
Carrots (3 diced)
Broccoli (1)
Brussel Sprouts (12 medium)
Seasoning:
Lawry's Seasoning
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Prep - wash all your veggies and skin your potatoes and carrots.
Dice your chicken, potatoes, and carrots. I cut the brussel sprouts in half.
For add on flavor (when I am not lazy), I will cook bacon and use the grease for the brussels to get that bacon flavor.
Add about 2 tbsp of avocado oil to a bowl and toss all your ingredients to coat them then all your seasoning as desired. I'd average about 2-3 tsp of all your seasoning.
Lay it all in a baking sheet and bake for 40-50 mins at 350F (it may vary based on your oven)
You're ready to enjoy your lazy meal.
