Creamy Shrimp Chipotle with Mexican Red Rice

ingredients:

shrimp 🍤 ... obviously but it taste delicious with chicken and bacon also

sour cream- I use about half of cup

cream cheese- one whole cream cheese

la costena chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce: depending on how spicy you want it add the as many peppers as you like I add about two.

nestle media cremea- 1 of the 7.6 Oz is fine

and if you want it more liquid less creamy you can add evaporated milk instead of the media cremea.

mexican rice is just

fry the rice with a little bit of oil till toasted add water and tomato bullion
