About Art （ Art student in Malaysia）

Hey everyone! I received plenty of dms that were interested in my art studies and how it is like. So here are some of my personal experiences and thoughts.

1) *Art school is just a platform*( Apply to all)👺

If you are expecting get into an art school from zero to hero, sadly this isn’t the case. Art school is just a platform for you to know more ways to approach the artwork you wanna achieve- lecturers are just guides to you, they don’t care if your skill improves or not, it’s all is on you. (Unless you meet a really good lec)

2) * You get what you pay!!”💰💰💰

Speaking realistically, studying abroad gives more opportunity to expand your views and the way you look at art. For me , the college I am in now gives me what I paid.

🥲 Art competitions I participated really highlighted several dark sides of this industry and it is crucial to face with it in this art industry. I’ll explain more if anyone is interested next time.
