•if you wanna start cooking, start small. Work your way up to making bigger dishes• my favorite dishes to make are;

🥘1. Soups and chili (if you have kids or busy a lot) it’s easy and you basically just throw everything together.

🥩2. Any kind of meat (my fav is steak) you can add whatever seasoning you want my go to’s are (garlic, black pepper) and seasoning butter. I cook all my meats in butter and or olive oil.

🥔 3. Potatoes, because there’s so many different ways and recipes you can use them in. Very easy to dice or cut them and wash them, season and cook. Or put them in things like tatter soup. Or even by themselves as French fries, or baked potato.

🥬 4. Brussel sprouts is one of my favorites because Brussels sprouts are especially rich in vitamin K, which is necessary for blood clotting and bone health. They're also high in vitamin C, an antioxidant that helps promote iron absorption and is involved in tissue repair and immune function. But any type of veggie will do. (I love cooking my Brussel sprouts in the air fryer because it’s easy and they get crispy faster.)
