T.J. Maxx Anti-Haul

Listen, I have been inspired!! I’m autistic & adhd, and I love shopping. You’ll see those are related in a second… I’m restarting my life over after a messy, toxic breakup that left me in debt and without a car. So seeing posts on here from other users about their anti-hauls and what they don’t buy, has given me inspiration and STRENGTH!

So anyway, I am amongst those with adhd that really struggle with impulse control, and some would say I’m a shopaholic. Now it’s nothing to the point that’s put me in debt, but it has left me broke when I could have put money into savings for something bigger and more needed, like a car. Here’s what I didn’t buy when I recently went to T.J. maxx with my sister. I LOVE T.J. Maxx so this was hard but also easier than I thought.

🌟 Reusable Snack Cups- I love these! My favorite color is purple, they were silicone textured and leak proof, and perfectly sized. But, I live with my sister currently and she has snack size Tupperware and I’ve no where to put my own anyway. I also don’t always pack a lunch or snacks for week, so I couldn’t justify how much I’d actually use them.

🌟Royal Cat Portrait- This was silly and cute and kitschy and I’m a cat lady 😭 But again, I stay in a room in my sisters house and have no where for this, nor does it match my room’s aesthetic.

🌟Sand & Fog Perfume Oil- This smelled absolutely amazing. It had bites of my favorite scents and was subtle enough to be an office/work appropriate scent. I also love this brand candles… I didn’t get it because I currently have a subscription to Scentbird and get a new perfume monthly. I love smelling pretty but my new scent just came in a day ago and I love it just as match. I might be weak and look this up online though and still get it when I’m making a little more $$.
