INGREDIENTS:

Russet potatoes 🥔

Shredded cheese 🧀 (sharp or mild cheddar)

Sour cream

Green onions (scallions)

Bacon 🥓 bits (or real bacon/ turkey bacon)

Butter 🧈

Seasonings: kosher salt, pepper, garlic salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. First thing first, preheat the oven to 425°. While you wait, begin cleaning off the potatoes.

2. Begin poking holes in the potatoes (3-5 fork stabs on each side).

3. Place potatoes in the oven for 60 minutes, or until potato is soft.

5. Let potatoes cool down for 5 minutes. Once cooled down, cut each potato in half (horizontally).

6. Scrape out majority of potato and place it into a bowl. In that bowl, mix together the potatoes, pepper, garlic, salt, butter, cheese, bacon, bits and sour cream.

7. I almost forgot this, Step, cut up them green onions.

8. Take some olive oil on a napkin and rub it on the bottom of the potato skin. Sprinkle kosher salt on after. Bake for 3-5 minutes.

9. Remove skins from the oven. Reload your potatoes with the mixture that was just created. Then place cheese, bacon bits and green onions on top.

10. Please back into oven for another 5 - 10 minutes (or once cheese is melted).

11. Take out potatoes skins. Prep you some sour cream. And enjoy!!!
