creamy butter chicken recipe!

i love creamy butter chicken. its super easy to make yet so delicious. here i give you my easy creamy butter chicken recipe:

1. cut boneless chicken into smaller pieces

2. marinate the chicken in fried chicken flour (i used brand Bestari) for at least 30 mins

3. deep fry the chicken until golden brown

4. sautee 6 cloves of minced garlic, 5 thai chillies and some curry leaves

5. add in some evaporated milk and regular milk

6. add a pinch of salt for taste then let simmer

7. now add all the fried chicken into the creamy sauce

this chicken is best served with steamed white rice. enjoy this delicious recipe!! 😋
