[Books] Loving someone through the good & bad 💛❤️‍🩹

Love has never been an easy topic or task to navigate.

What does it mean to love someone through their thick and thin, rain or shine, and even at their lowest and darkest point? 🖤

Personally, I feel that this is something you can never be 100% sure until you experience it yourself. It’s easy to say and overpromise what you can do, but it’s gonna be hard to keep such promises when your heart is hurting and your world feels like its falling apart ❤️‍🩹

This book shares about a couple struggles with infertility issue from their pov respectively but mostly, the female, and how that eventually led to the downfall of their marriage.

Follow them through to find out how they fought for the love they held on so tightly for and maybe understand slightly better, what it truly means to love someone through the storms.

I personally find this book touching as it talks about the struggles of a female with infertility issues and her wish to be a mother, the hope she has to start a family. In addition, how she sees herself as a “failure” and “burden” and tries to shoulder everything herself, hence creating a distance and tension in her marriage.

I also think it’s quite safe to say that at some point in time, we might/would feel as if we are burden to our partner or family or friends and we will do what we think is best, which often leads to us bottling up our feelings, thinking that what they don’t know can’t hurt them.

Well, that’s not true. Maybe some of them already knew, but they are just waiting for you to reach out to them while they respect and give you the space you needed.
