We all have a choice. We can let our day, week, month, or year turn us into someone we’re not proud to see in the mirror—a tired, unhappy, irritable woman in dire need of rest.

For some of you, it might feel like you can’t catch a break. Bills piling up, relationships in turmoil, or a job that’s testing every last nerve.

Take a moment to rest in His presence and know that He will sustain you. Trust in the Lord and lean not on your own understanding. Ask God what He is trying to teach you in this moment.

To the one that needs it, remember: someone else is facing challenges too. You’re not alone.
