Valentines Graphic Liner Tutorial ♥️

I absolutely loved how this turned out and it was so simple and easy!

MAKEUP LOOK

✍🏻 Steps:

1. draw a wing using red liner

2. draw an inner corner wing with the red liner too

3. take a white liner and make a wing above your crease

4. take the red liner and create a dot on top of the dried white liner and then swipe down. Repeat right next to it connecting the bottom to form the heart

5. repeat step 4 throughout entire white liner

6. add mascara and viola! You’re done
