HOW WE CHOSE OUR BTO UNIT

After long months of studying BTO units: yard-facing direction, bedroom-facing windows, wind direction, amenities... we're finally bringing this post as a culmination of all the brain work. Thank you to all our friends who helped us and taught us when we were completely clueless on how to choose units.

Disclaimer: we chose the units and prioritised what we wanted based on our work-life situations where we would need to be at home in the hotter times of the day. For another couple who does not work from home or have kids around in the afternoons, your priorities would definitely change so be aware of that.
