Sticker Therapy~ put that s*#% on Everything!

Literally, just put stickers on all the things to make them pretty to look at just because it gives instant serotonin release in my brain. My altoids travel tin, I open it when I don’t even need anything out of it because I like the message and stickers. I look on the backside of the mirror more than the reflective side because it’s just so pleasing to my eye 🥰 putting cute stickers that I love to look at on my things just gives me a boost when I’m hormonal or just in a mood. The only thing I didn’t take a picture of was the stickers on my sewing machine but that’s because it’s incomplete. I don’t like the idea of putting stickers in a journal because then I can’t see it often after I’m done with those pages. This is a part of my cozy self care 🤍✨🤎
